General Information: To help us - if you booked an appointment online, you should always receive a confirmation of your appointment after booking. (If you did not receive, the appointment did not go through)
The day of your appointment you will receive a reminder 1 hour before prior to your appointment.
• If you cannot keep your appointment, You need to call to cancel as soon as possible.
• We would appreciate if you are running late to your appointment, please give us a call or else you will be marked as a no-show.
(Every no-show will recorded into our system.
• After you miss 3 consecutive appt. you will only be seen as a walk-in.
• When booking for two or more people, please book separately or else you will be seen by one nail technician back to back.
• All Discounts cards can only be used on the amount of $30 or more
• We no longer offer Military Discount.
• If you are not feeling well, please come see us another day. We do not want to put our clients/employers at risk.
